Transparency
NodeCove writes no connection logs. We don't know which sites you visit, what you download, or who you talk to, not because we promise not to look, but because nothing is written to the exit servers' disk.
On the exit servers. The tunnel service keeps its log in memory only, never on disk; the second service is locked to the same setting, no firewall rule logs anything, and whatever remains in memory is purged every hour. Last checked on September 10, 2026.
In our database. An email address, one public key per device, the bitcoin transaction ID, the month's volume, the latter is needed for the quota, and we write it rather than pretend otherwise, and a counter of the country an order was placed from, without the address used to derive it. Nothing else: not your name, not your address, not any form of identification.
What we don't control. Our servers are rented from hosting providers, our emails go through a provider, and the site keeps a two-hour security log to defend itself. These five caveats are stated plainly, along with what they imply.
Requests from authorities. We cannot hand over what we have never written.
